There hasn't been a trip to Paris when I haven't paid a visit to The French Bastards since they opened, and there are reasons for that. It seems that everything they touch turns to gold. Every idea they have is right on top. Although this book is in French, there's always a way to use it - either by learning French or using a translator and you must believe me when I tell you it is worth it – from bread and croissants to cakes and desserts. All that you can get in their shops, you can now master at home in simple and well-explained ways.
