With the hottest summer in a long time, we returned from France. The heat came with abundant harvests of summer raspberries, apricots, melons, strawberries, and tomatoes. Most of my days were spent between the dirty works of renovating my studio and our house and working in the garden where I experimented with heritage flowers and vegetables. We finally enjoyed dinners in the garden, grilling vegetables and meats, sipping fantastic wines and running with our dear Gatsby.
