Although familiar to me, London shows a very different face at this time – this is the one time of the year when the city is lit up. Literally, it shines with all the lights on every street and corner, no matter where you look. To get acquainted with London, one should start in December as it is the most magical London. Yes, summer and spring are beautiful, too. And even fall. But that festive feeling, the rush, and the joy is unbelievable and so infectious that even Grinches turn into the happiest people alive.
