Raspberry lemonade

Raspberry lemonade

Of course you can drink that beautifully sweet and sour lemonade as it is, but you can play with it and serve it with some seasonal berries and fruits. I love the combination of watermelon and raspberries, but blueberries and strawberries work well too, or add some peaches.

Ingredients

lots of ice
100 g frozen or fresh raspberries
handful of mint, gently squeezed*
a few leaves basil, gently squeezed*
200 – 250 ml Belvoir freshly squeezed lemonade
1 mint leaf for decoration

Prepare

Use approximately 400 ml glasses. Fill them with ice and raspberries, mixing them throughout. Add mint and basil in between on the way. Pour over the lemonade, decorate with mint and serve.
