Red humus
230 g drained “I love eco” black beans
150 g boiled beets
2 tbsp almond butter
20 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 large clove of garlic
sea salt to taste
20-30 ml liquid from beans
serving suggestions:
black caraway oil or avocado oil
tiny beet leaves or sprouts
Prepare
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process, adding just enough liquids to get the desired consistency. Place in a serving bowl, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with pepper and micro greens or sprouts. Serve.
