All it takes is a handful of lilac flowers, 250 ml of honey, and a month to have a product that will remind you (in fall) of the warm days of spring. Use flowers with the strongest scent and taste (cut green stems off).

Put lilacs into a jar. Cover with honey, close and leave for 2-4 weeks, turning upside down once a day. Enjoy later, strained, or with petals; it depends on you. I think the magic is in eating it together with petals.
