It is a hard choice at that moment because the variety is wide and competition fierce. You can choose from different combinations - fish, fish + seafood, just seafood, fisher's choice, etc. The beauty is that it's all fresh from local fishermen from all over France, and what you get depends on the region you live in and where the fisher comes from. When your choice is made, you wait for the best - delivery to your home or the closest pickup point, whatever you have chosen. And you can repeat that every week, twice a month, or once a month - that choice is up to you.
