Crepes and Galettes. From the Breizh Cafe

I have been in love with Breizh forever. I remember how we sat with the girls when they were small at Marais Breizh Café, munching on crepes and leaving with a bag filled with butter, yogurt, and other things they sell. Breizh Galettes have never disappointed me, and their crepes have been good friends to me. And the same goes for this book, published with their story and many recipes, showing how a simple galette and crepe can be turned into a fantastic meal.
