I have been following Thalia Ho for a man many years on Instagram. Obviously, I have her book because life without her book would be so dull. It is another level of baking. Simple baking with so much more to offer. Even the simplest cookies and crumbles are mind blowing. The simplest cakes seem to take you to heaven. And the stories, that style, the touch of sensuality in every word and picture. She is one to follow on Instagram and on the pages of this book.
