There's no secret that books by Francois-Regis Gaudry are not only visually appealing but very interesting to read. I have already written about Let’s Eat France (LINK HERE), which (happily) is in English, but there's one more book I need to mention - On Va register Paris. Use a translator to catch all of the history, places to eat, products to buy, and ways to "eat" Paris. It's like a bible that everyone going to Paris should read.
