Dinnr for 1. Minute steak with radishes and capers
In a bowl, mix thinly sliced 6 radishes with 1 tsp capers (I use these or any other producer that preserves capers in olive oil), 1 tbsp mild extra virgin olive oil, 1 tsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp chopped peppermint, 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, and freshly ground pepper. Taste for salt.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp mild oil. Add steak (the size that is good for you to finish), rosemary, and one garlic clove, and fry 1 minute from one side and 1 minute from the other side. On high heat.
Take it off, let it rest for a minute or two, cut it into slices, place on a plate, and top with radishes. Serve right away.
