When it comes to tasting Lyon, there is one establishment everyone should visit - Pralus. You can try many things in Lyon, but you must not leave the city without the legendary Praluline - buttery and eggy dough wrapped in and covered with with praline (almonds in sugary pink coating). It might look like nothing - that third daughter no one looks at - but when you try it, it's unquestionably divine. It is. So, when in Lyon, check out your closest Pralus and make this one of the first foods you try here. It is just sublime. Trust me.
