You can try many things in Lyon, but you must not leave the city without the legendary Praluline - buttery and eggy dough wrapped in and covered with with praline (almonds in sugary pink coating). It might look like nothing - that third daughter no one looks at - but when you try it, it's unquestionably divine. It is.
