With this, I am opening the third application for this beautiful event in one of the most prestigious and chic regions of France.


It is no secret that Burgundy is one of the most famous wine regions in the world, where everyone wishes to go, but only some succeed. And there's a place in the heart of Burgundy, surrounded by the best vineyards and views, called La Maison de Pommard. Hidden in the heart of Pommard, it is a gem created like no other. There, during these days, you are welcome to taste and celebrate life, cooking regional and French dishes with me. From simple French breakfasts to local product launches and seasonal dinners, you will be spoiled while learning how to master French cuisine at home in the easiest way possible.

But that's not all. During these three days, we will visit a market in the beautiful Beaune. Stop by at some local boulangeries and shops so we can get some ingredients to cook with and for you to take back home as well. From table setting to dinner ideas and ways to prepare it, these three days will inspire you to cook more often, but most importantly, let you see the beauty of this world-renowned corner of planet Earth. Burgundy.

The wines we will drink these days are some examples that are rarely accessible to the outside world or only by being friends with people who know.


1st day

13:00-17:00 Arrival and welcome -welcome drink and appetisers made using products sourced from local growers. Wind down at the Maison. Maybe sauna and a swim in the pool. Maybe a visit to the winery.

17:00 - late evening because that's the way the French do it.

2nd day

8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast
9:15- 11:30 Market morning - shop for ingredients or visit local food producers to get something for the day

11:30 - 17:00 Masterclass and lunch - create a simple yet fabulous lunch using fresh and simple products. Served with champagne and local wine.
Free time - pool, sauna, etc.

17:30 - evening - Masterclass & dinner

3rd day

9:00 - 10:00 Breakfast
11:00 - 15:00 Lunch masterclass & lunch
Departure (or if you wish, you can stay longer).
