Dinner for 1. Steak with radishes and capers
I did have other plans for that day’s dinner, yet that changed the moment I found myself in front of a refrigerator in Biocoop, selling pieces of local organic beef. It was my obligation to try. At least, that is what I told myself, and thank heavens for that. It was divine. Especially with the tanginess of capers and the spiciness of radishes.
